The foundations of VARDALLAR group of companies were laid in 1938 in Trabzon by father Hacı Nahit Vardaloğlu. Later, in the early 60s, together with his 3 sons Zekeriya VARDALOĞLU, Kırhan VARDALOĞLU and Mithat VARDALOĞLU, they entered the ready-to-wear clothing sector.
